  Your unworn, unused item's may be returned or exchanged  within 5 days from receiving, provided        items are in a resalable condition and a valid receipt is presented. Please note that in order for us to      accept Exchanges/Refunds, the items must be in their original condition and repacked. All applicable    refund and exchange delivery charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

  • Items sold during sale periods and/or at reduced amounts cannot be refunded at all. 

  • Due to hygienic reasons, we will not refund or exchange earrings or intimates such as bathing suits, underwear, cosmetics, or any other merchandise of similar nature.

  • Please note that items received within 5 days of delivery date will only be eligible for an exchange or refund.

  • 3 KD. refund delivery fees will be deducted from the refunded item price.

  •  Delivery will be free of charged .

  • Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no extra charges.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

 

Unfortunately, we don't provide Cash on Delivery worldwide options at the moment. However, there are different payment safe and convenient methods available.

but you can pay cash on delivery just in Kuwait.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Orders can be cancelled by calling our

 Customer Care Center and providing them with your     order number and contact details.

 

What are the shipping fees?

The shipping fee are  Free Shipping

How do I track my order?

 

You can track your order status in 3 different ways;

-You can track your order with the tracking code provided by SMS and e-mail.

-You can also locate your tracking information in your Kwbazzar account. After logging in, click on your username then select ‘’Orders ’’ to access your order history/status details. 

-You can also contact us on Whats app and ask ‘’Where Is My Order?’’
